Refund Policy

100% tuition and fees will be refunded up to two full business days (must be at least 48 hours, unless otherwise indicated) prior to the start of the program. Examples of meeting the 48-hour deadline: 9:00am Thursday for a 9:00am Monday class, 4:00pm Monday for a 6:00pm Wednesday class.

The ACC Center must be notified during regular business hours – 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. This refund policy was adopted to support efficient and effective management of ACC Center offerings.

No refunds will be processed once the 48-hour deadline has passed and credit cannot be applied to another course. Exceptions to the refund policy will be rare and considered only under unusually mitigating circumstances.
