Veterans' Stories: Passing on the Memories - NEW!

Elizabeth Cassidy No. 22147W
Tuition: $60.00 4 sessions
Fridays, Feb. 20-Mar. 13, 2009, 2:00pm-4:00pm

This workshop will help you turn your personal experiences into written and oral stories so they can be preserved and passed on to others. You’ll learn how to organize your memories and formulate a plan that will help you capture those unforgettable moments from your life. Your stories may be written, recorded, or prepared to be shared orally.

This course is intended for all military veterans as well as families, and friends of veterans who also have wartime stories that they’d like to preserve.

Note: If you think it would be helpful to have a family member or friend join you during this class—at no charge—to assist you with your writing or recording, please mention that when registering. (This person would not write his or her stories but rather help you with yours.)

*Sorry, we cannot honor audits for this course.
