Find Username and Password
How To Look Up Your ACC Username and Password
You will need this to login to the ACC Online ANGEL server
Step 1
Go to the Student Portal - Lookup Account and Password Page
STEP 2
Enter your BANNER Number in the Student ID field
Enter your Birth Date in the Birth Date Field
If you are having trouble with or don't know your BANNER Student ID
you will need to contact the ACC Helpdesk:
Student Phone Number: (518)743-2226
Faculty Phone Number: (518) 743-2349
Your BANNER Student ID is a nine (9) digit number (see below)
Your Birth Date needs to follow the following format: MM/DD/YY (see below)
Click the Submit Button after you enter your Student ID and Birth Date
STEP 3
Read and Accept the ACC Computer Use Policy
STEP 4
Your ACC Username and Password Will Display
STEP 5
You will then use your ACC Username and Password to log into
the ACC Online ANGEL server.
Do not copy and
paste your Username and Password.
You Must Manually Enter This Information
