- Spring 2014 Pell Refund Checks - The Pell payment process was "started" on Friday, March 21, but it takes a little time to fully process and receive the funds. The Student Accounts Office believes that spring Pell refund checks will be available on Friday, April 4. They usually post notices around campus that the checks are available for pick up at their office in Warren Hall (make sure you have photo ID handy) for the next week. If checks are not picked up, they are mailed home the following week. If you do not attend classes on the Queensbury campus, you can contact Student Accounts at 743-2266 to request that your refund be mailed on April 4.
