Ways we can help

To request a copy of your transcript, click HERE.

New York State requires that college students provide immunization records for mumps, measles, rubella and meningitis if you are taking six or more credits.

If you have not yet submitted your shot records to the Registrar's Office in Warren Hall, you are at risk of having your classes dropped.

Anyone who submitted paperwork in the past does not have to resubmit those documents.

Check your SUNY Adirondack email NOW to see if you are in compliance with this law.

If you still don't know if you are in compliance, contact the Registrar's Office in person or call 518.743.2279.
