Construction

THE FUTURE IS HERE

The SUNY Adirondack Queensbury campus is in the middle of a major transformation, including three construction projects currently in progress.

Architect's rendering of new addition to the science building.

Adirondack Hall, on the north side of campus, features two extensions to the existing Science Building. Set to open in the fall, the new science addition is a 26,250-square-foot expansion that includes classrooms, laboratories, meeting spaces and a state-of-the-art greenhouse.

Renovation of the current Science Building will begin this fall and be complete in the Spring 2018 semester. The remodeled space will contain the Nursing Simulation suites and labs, Nursing offices, classrooms and Science division offices.

Architect's rendering of Regional Workforce Readiness Center.

Set to open in early 2018, SUNY Adirondack’s new Regional Workforce Readiness Center will train the business leaders of tomorrow, support local entrepreneurs and be a driving force in the Upstate New York economy.

Architect's rendering of Warren Hall remodeling.

Warren Hall also is in the middle of a major renovation to make the building a welcome center and home for student services. The project is scheduled to be complete in early 2018.
