Historical and Architectural Importance: This structure was built on the site of McGregor Homestead, presumably for use by the adjacent Glens Falls Auto Company Building, (86-90 Glen Street), after 1914.  It is presently used as a distribution warehouse by the Burns News Agency, a long established local and regional newspaper and periodical sales business.  This structure is considered a non-historic building of relatively compatible building fabric.
