Come to see how experiential education instructors at Penn State and Plymouth State University are using Breakout Boxes. After a brief introduction, participants will work together to solve the challenges and crack the code. Various styles and applications of Breakout Boxes will be showcased. Participants will leave this experiential workshop with a list of potential applications and resources to create their own Breakout Boxes.

Karie Provanchie, Adventure Sports Program Assistant/Adjunct Instructor at SUNY Adirondack, will present a talk titled “Thinking Inside the Box: Unlock Team Learning” on Wednesday, November 14. The presentation will begin at 4:00 p.m. in SCOV 206, Scoville Building, on the Queensbury campus of SUNY Adirondack.
