Enjoy lunch and dinner at the Culinary Arts Center every Wednesday during the spring semester, starting February 8th.
Basic Food Prep 2 students will prepare classic modernized lunch menus created by Chef Matthew Bolton and Chef Megan Diehl for the public in our open kitchen.
American Regional Cuisine themed dinners will be planned by the Advanced Food Prep 2 culinary students under the consultation of Chef Matthew Bolton.
Start time for lunch is noon and start time for dinner is 6pm.
Seating is available at:
12, 12:15, 12:30, 12:45, 6, 6:15, 6:30, 6:45 and 7.
