International Education

SUNY ADIRONDACK offers international education courses that include trips to numerous countries in Europe, Asia, South America and Africa. These three or four credit INT 204 courses begin either in the fall or spring semester, with travel occurring over winter, spring and summer breaks. The one week or two week travel experience portion of the course allows students to actively engage in the culture of other nations.

The College also enjoys a Sister College relationship with Japan’s Saga City Junior College and Saga Women’s Junior College. This relationship alternates host sites, with Japan’s students visiting on odd years and our students visiting Saga City in even years. Students study Japanese culture and visit Saga City through enrollment in INT 206.

Community members may participate in international education offerings on a space available basis. Course registration would occur through the Office of Continuing Education. Please contact the faculty member(s) leading the individual trips for further details.
