College launches redesigned website

October 25, 2016

SUNY Adirondack’s website was relaunched on Oct. 24 to focus on enhancing the user experience across digital devices.

In addition to having a more contemporary look, the site has a responsive design, which can seamlessly adapt to desktop, laptop, mobile and tablet screens.

The major redesign, which was a collaboration between SUNY Adirondack’s Information Technology and Marketing departments and The Creative Advantage technology development group of Schenectady, focuses on convenient navigation for key audience members, including prospective students; current students; parents and family; faculty and staff; business leaders; community members; and alumni.

The site will increase the efficiency of the enrollment process allowing prospective students to easily access pertinent information and apply within a few simple clicks.

"Our new and improved website will allow us to better promote our programs and services to students and our community," said SUNY Adirondack President Dr. Kristine Duffy.

A customized portal for current SUNY Adirondack students is under development to integrate campus resources through a single login. This website extension is planned to launch in 2017.
