"I've always had an interest in radio. When I was in the seventh grade I heard an ad on 99.5 The River for the Tour de Cure in Saratoga. Being a Type 1 diabetic, I wanted to get involved. I was too young to ride in the race, so I emailed the radio station to see if I could help out. They asked me to send a photo of myself and they featured me on their blog. I was invited to come in and tour the studio and they even put me on the air, I knew at that point that I wanted to work i n radio.

I was in the Morning Show Club at Koda Middle School, took a journalism class at Shenendahowa High School and began pursuing my Associate degree in Radio & Television Broadcasting here this past fall.
