Booking Procedures

• In-person and phone requests for Instructional Technology Services must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
• Requests for services may be left on voice mail. We will confirm receipt of such requests.
• We are sorry but we do not accept requests through email.
• All requests for events requiring ITS personnel to operate equipment or events on weekends should be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the actual event.
