Making a Contribution
How You Can Contribute to the ACC Foundation

Annual Giving Campaign
The ACC Foundation conducts an Annual Giving Campaign which runs throughout the Foundation's July 1-June 30 fiscal year.
Contributions can be made directly to the Foundation in the form of cash, check or credit card. Contributions are tax deductible and, unless otherwise designated, allocated to the unrestricted use account.

Matching Gifts
The ACC Foundation annually receives contributions from individuals and alumni whose companies match these contributions with a gift. If your employer has a matching gift program, please request a matching gift form and mail the completed form to the ACC Foundation along with your contribution.

Memorial Giving
Contributions are often made in the memory of a deceased friend, relative or ACC alumnus. Unless otherwise designated, these contributions are used to support the ACC Foundation's Scholarship Fund.

Bequests
Established in 1996, the Bequest Society is comprised of individuals who have made provisions in their wills leaving as a bequest to the ACC Foundation a specific amount of money or percentage of their estate. A bequest is very easy to arrange. Please consult with your attorney about remembering the ACC Foundation by adding a codicil to your will or in your estate planning.

Other Forms of Giving
There are various other ways of contributing to the ACC Foundation including Planned Giving, Charitable Remainder Trusts and Personal Property. In addition to consulting your attorney or accountant, the State University of New York's Research Foundation has developed an on-line guide, The Research Foundation's Guide to Giving, which can provide you with more detailed information about other ways to contribute. This guide can be accessed through the Research Foundation's web site: www.rfsuny.org under "Giving to SUNY".

If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact the ACC Foundation Office at 518-743-2243 or via e-mail at cutshallkingj@acc.sunyacc.edu.
