AccountingAAS (ACCT)

The Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) Degree Program in Accounting is designed primarily for persons who seek full-time employment or promotion in current positions upon completion of the degree requirements. Students planning to transfer to four-year college and university programs in Accounting should follow a Business Administration (A.S.) Degree Program at Adirondack Community College. The transfer program should be carefully planned in accordance with the recommendations of an accounting faculty advisor and/or counselor. Recommended High School Preparation: Four years of Mathematics.
