How to Register with Accessibility Services

Any student with a physical, psychiatric, learning or other disabilities and who is planning on attending ACC, is encouraged to register with the Accessibility Services Office. Although you are not required to register with us, doing so will enable us and you to be prepared to institute accommodations at any time during your education at ACC. If you are interested in registering, please print both the Questionnaire and the Release Forms to the left and send them to our main office (the address is on the Questionnaire). Please remember that you must also provide us with documentation that verifies the nature and extent of your disability.
