Eligibility:
All full-time students and part-time students enrolled with 7 or more credit hours, and new Summer Session students are automatically enrolled and covered by the Basic Accident Benefits described under Plan A. Only full-time students and their eligible dependents may elect to enroll in Plan B.
Plan A:
Plan A Basic Accident coverage applies to eligible enrolled students while attending or participating in any activity sponsored by the College, including work-study programs, traveling directly to or from classes or College-sponsored activities, and athletic activities.
Plan B:
Plan B provides coverage 24 hours a day during the term insured. This optional coverage includes Supplemental benefits for Accidents and Sickness.
Enrollment in Plan B:
Students may enroll themselves and their eligible dependents in Plan B by completing the enrollment form. The enrollment form may be obtained from the web-site at www.maksin.com/acc.shtml, may be downloaded and mailed to the Servicing Broker (see brochure for address), or may a brochure may be picked-up at the OASIS Center located in Warren Hall.
