How do I add group addresses to my personal addressbook?

Before creating a group address in your addressbook, make sure your addressbook contains the individual addresses of all the people you want to include in the group.

  1. Click on the Addressbook link to open your personal addressbook.
  2. click Addressbook at bottom of main email interface

  3. To add a new name to your addressbook, click on the Add link in the Addressbook menu bar.
  4. click ADD in the menu bar

  5. Then click on the Add Contact button.
  6. click Add Contact button

  7. Fill in the Add a new contact form with the name and email address of the person you want to add.
  8. fill in new contact info

  9. Then click on the Save button.
  10. To add another new listing, click the Add link again, fill in the New Contact form, and save.
  11. click Add in menu bar

  12. When all the names for your new group have been entered into your personal addressbook, begin the process of creating the new group by performing a Search in My Addressbook for the first name you want to add to the group.
  13. click on Search button

  14. A list of all the entries in My Addressbook then appears. Click in the checkbox to the left of the names you wish to select for your new group address.
  15. select names to include in group

  16. Then click directly in the Select List box and select New List from the drop-down menu.
  17. select New List option

  18. Click on the Add to button.
  19. click on Add to button

  20. Enter the name of your group and click the OK button.
  21. type in group name

  22. The listing for the new group will then appear in My Addressbook.

How do I add or remove names from an existing group?

To add names to an existing group:

  1. Open My Addressbook (Address Book / Search).
  2. Select the names you want to add to the group.
  3. Click in the Select List box and choose the group to which you want to add the name.
  4. choose Select List option

  5. Then click the Add to button.

To remove names from a group:

  1. Open My Addressbook and click on the listing link for the group.
  2. click on the group name

  3. Then select the name(s) you wish to remove.
  4. select names to remove

  5. Then click on the Remove from this list link.
  6. click on Remove from list link

  7. Then click on the Back to My Addressbook link.
  8. click on Back to My Addressbook link

How do I change the name of a group?

To change the name of the group:

  1. Click on the Edit link next to its name.
  2. click on Edit link next to group name

  3. Make your changes in the Name box, then click the Save Changes button.
