Academic Counseling

• Assist students in choosing a major and registering for classes
• Assess student abilities, aptitudes and talents through freshman placement testing, interview and counseling
• Interview students who need to withdraw from the College or who are dropping below full-time
• Teach in the Freshman Experience Program
• Teach student skills such as test taking and time management through workshops and seminars
• Advise students who are on academic probation

The Counselors are available by appointment Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30pm and Monday through Thursday until 7 pm.
