Refund Policy

100% tuition and fees will be refunded up to one full business day (must be at least 24 hours) prior to the start of the program. The office must be notified during regular business hours..8:00am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday. No refunds will be processed once the 24-hour deadline has passed.

Examples of meeting 24-hour deadline: 9am Friday for a 9am Monday class, 4:00pm Monday for a 6pm Tuesday class, 4:00pm Friday for a 6pm Monday class.

This refund policy was adopted in order to allow our staff at least one day to contact any individuals who might be on a waiting list or to cancel a course because of low enrollment. (Courses have a minimum number of students required in order for the course to be held.) Less than a 24-hour cancellation notice may result in our inability to take these alternative actions. Once the 24-hour deadline has passed, registration in another course will require tuition payment.

Refunds requests must be made in writing, in person, or by phone during normal business hours (8:00am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday). Mail requests must be received before the 24-hour deadline. Phone requests must be directed to the ACC Center for Personal and Professional Development at 743-2238. Materials fees are not refundable once a program has begun.
