The SUNY Adirondack Department of Athletics and the Fredette Family Foundation will host “An Evening with Jimmer,” a fundraiser to benefit the college’s athletic department and the Fredette Family Foundation, on Thursday, June 27, 2013, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at The Recovery Sports Grill in Queensbury, NY.
The event features a live appearance by Glens Falls native and Sacramento Kings’ guard Jimmer Fredette; an on-stage interview with Jimmer by WNYT sports anchor Rodger Wyland; a buffet dinner; an audience question-and-answer period; and a complimentary Jimmer Fredette photo.
A silent auction will also be held featuring NBA and NHL items and other memorabilia available for bid.
“We are very excited to team up with the Fredette family in this endeavor and we look forward to a wonderful evening with Jimmer, his fans and the community,” said SUNY Adirondack Director of Athletics John Quattrocchi.
Tickets for the event are $60 per person or $200 for a Family Four-Pack.
All proceeds will benefit SUNY Adirondack Timberwolves Athletics and the Fredette Family Foundation.
