“I started out at Hartwick College and was on the basketball team. Turns out I didn’t get to play all that much while I was there, and when I really looked at it financially, I was comparing $60,000 a year to $6,000. It just made so much more sense for me to transfer here.

It is so much fun playing basketball for SUNY Adirondack. Our team is so together.

We play as a team, act as a team, even when we lose, we are all in it together.

I’m a nursing major and my goal is to be a nurse anesthetist. What I’m gaining here in experience, not only in the classroom, but on the court,makes me so happy that I chose this path.”
