Student Senate

The Student Senate (the governing body of the Student Association) was established to promote the general welfare of the student body and to stimulate interest in those activities contributing to the social, cultural, and physical needs of the students that are served. Through leadership, scholarship, and good citizenship, the senators help to create an atmosphere of responsible behavior and further the cause of a just community. There are typically seven freshman senators, seven sophomore senators, two part-time student senators, and five officers, all elected by the student body.

Club Meetings: Student Center Cloister Meeting Room, Wednesdays at 12:30 pm during the regular academic year. Meetings are open to the campus community.
