Student and Classroom Service

Any faculty member who is experiencing difficulty in a classroom can contact the help desk immediately by calling 743-2226 or ext. 2226 from any campus phone or for quicker service submit a SysAid ticket using the icon on your computer desktop. If you call, a technician will attempt to assist over the phone and/or someone will be deployed to the classroom when necessary.

If the problem does not need immediate attention, please indicate this during the call or when you submit your ticket along with the room number and issue you are experiencing. A technician will address the issue as soon as the room is available.

Help Desk Hours of Operation During Academic Semesters

Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

 

Office Support

The Information Technology Department is located in Scoville 103. If you have issues regarding equipment located in your office, please submit a SysAid ticket explaining the issue or if you are off campus email us at help@sunyacc.edu.

Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

 

Voicemail is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
