Student and Classroom Support

The Student Computer Lab is located in Scoville 127.

To request equipment or media services, please email help@sunyacc.edu from your @sunyacc.edu email account or call the help desk at 518-743-2226.

Hours of Operation

Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

These hours change during  winter session, spring break, and summer. Please call ahead to confirm hours during these periods 518-743-2226.

Office Support

The Information Technology Department is located in Scoville 103. If you have issues regarding equipment located in your office, please contact the help line at 518-743-2349 or email help@sunyacc.edu.

Voicemail is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
