Transcript

SUNY Adirondack contracts with Parchment to provide transcript ordering, printing and delivery services. Students and former students can order electronic or print copies of their transcripts. 

 

Official Transcript Requests

Current and previous students may request Official Transcripts via the Parchment website. You will then walk through an account creation process with Parchment and be able to request and pay for your official transcript.

The best first step is to log into your Parchment account, then visit the Parchment Help Center, where you can find answers to frequently asked questions and articles to support your needs.

You can also engage with ParchieBot, the intelligent chat function designed to answer your questions and provide order information.

From the Parchment Help Center, you can submit a web case for support or contact a Learner Support Representative for assistance. The Support Team is available M-F, 8am - 8pm ET.


Transcript cost and processing

Parchment processes and sends official transcripts on behalf of SUNY Adirondack. Transcripts can be processed three ways: electronically, via mail or by picking them up at SUNY Adirondack's Registrar's Office. Learn more below:

Electronic Transcript Handling ($10, per transcript) 
The PDF transcript produced contains information identical to that on the printed transcript. The PDF transcript can be sent to institutions via the Parchment listing, to yourself, or to third-party recipients via the order form. This is the fastest mode of delivery.

Mailed Transcript via USPS ($14.50, per transcript) or to International sites ($17.25, per transcript)
Parchment will print and mail a printed transcript.

Note: $2.60 from every order is a processing fee charged directly by the vendor.
