ACC is committed to providing support for women in non-traditional programs, as well as for all our students. ACC's Technical Education Retention Specialist coordinates our efforts in support of women in technology programs. The ACC counseling staff is also available to meet with students to discuss academic and personal concerns, as well as to provide transfer counseling for students seeking to continue their education. We offer contacts with women working in technology-related occupations, including scheduled opportunities for current women students to meet with working alumnae in a luncheon format, as well as opportunities to individually contact working women in technology.

The ACC Student Services Office offers counseling and occupational information. In addition, the Office assists students in resume writing, interview preparation and job referrals.
