SUNY Adirondack’s culinary arts program will serve lunch and dinner on the dates described below, at Seasoned, located in downtown Glens Falls at 14 Hudson Ave.

Lunch on Wednesdays, seating 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Three-course lunch
 
Advanced Food Prep I Culinary Students design and implement menus with locally sourced
ingredients following the nutritional guidelines established by the American Heart Association
and produce a dietary analysis of the menu to be served at our dining facility Seasoned @ 14
Hudson, under consultation of Chef Matthew Bolton. This is an advanced culinary course
introducing theories and procedures of recipe and menu modification. The Dining Room Service
class runs the front-of-house operation, such as waitstaff, sommelier, bartender, host and
manager.
Start time for lunch service is 11:30 a.m.
Seating available at 11:30, 11:45, noon, 12:15 and 12:30. Reservations preferred. Masks
required.
Three-course gourmet meal in a fine-dining setting consisting of appetizer, entrée and dessert.
Lunch includes soda, tea and coffee.
Now offering a Cash Bar featuring beer and wine.
$15.95 plus tax
Kids 12 and younger, $9.95 plus tax

Four-course prix fixe dinner
Four-Course Prix Fixe Dinner with Chef’s Choice Wine or Beer Pairings
 
Focus is on menu planning while pairing locally sourced food with wine and craft beer to
complement each other during prix fixe menus at our dining facility Seasoned @ 14 Hudson,
under consultation of Chef Matthew Bolton. The Fine Dining Room Service class runs the front-
of-house operation, such as waitstaff, sommelier, bartender, host and manager.
Dinner service is 5:45 p.m.
Seating available at 5:45, 6, 6:15, 6:30, 6:45 and 7. Reservations preferred. Masks required.

dessert. Dinner includes soda, tea and coffee.
Now offering Chef’s Choice Wine or Beer Pairings for each course.

Garde Manger Culinary Students prepare and serve an a la carte menu of soups, salads and
sandwiches.
The Casual Dining Room Service class runs the front-of-house operation, such as waitstaff,
bartender, host and manager.

Prior To Dining

·       RESERVATIONS REQUIRED for indoor dining, as seating capacity & arrangements will be contingent upon the guests already reserved. Complete the RESERVATION FORM (please provide the name & telephone number of all guests) & plan to access the CampusClear app (preferred) or answer a brief health questionnaire upon arrival.

·        Please be prepared for any variety of seating options including table & chairs, high top table & high chairs, as well as booth seating. The tables will be measured & prearranged. Groups not fitting the layout will need to choose between splitting up or rescheduling.

·        LIMITED SEATING capacity is available at 50% of occupancy. We allow up to a maximum of 36 people dining at a time. (Guest count will vary with party size.)

·        MULTIPLE hand sanitation stations exist within the facility.

·        All surfaces & equipment will be DISINFECTED between parties. Please be patient if this causes a delay in seating.

·        Our menus will be SINGLE USE ONLY.

·        Our service team is REQUIRED to wear a mask while serving you. While adhering to a new set of service standards at Seasoned, we request your PATIENCE & KINDNESS, as everyone will be doing their best to comply & striving to provide an enjoyable experience.

·        Our Instructors are all SERVSAFE CERTIFIED. Faculty & students are NOT ALLOWED in the facility with a fever or symptoms of illness.

·        We ask that you sit back, relax, & enjoy Seasoned! WE ARE SO HAPPY TO HAVE YOU BACK & APPRECIATE YOUR HELP assisting to maintain a safe environment for our guests, students, & faculty.

Upon Your Arrival

●       Please arrive AS CLOSE to your reservation as possible.

●       No one with a fever or any symptoms of illness should ATTEMPT to dine out.

●       To assist in social distancing, we will be using ONE WAY TRAFFIC to enter & exit Seasoned.

●       Upon entering the restaurant, display the “Good to Go!” on the CampusClear app.

●       Please use the entrance to Seasoned located at 14 Hudson Avenue & exit through the side of the building, by the bar. ADHERE TO ALL SIGNS located on doors & walkways.

●       Please enter Seasoned with your MASK ON while waiting to be seated. Once you are escorted to your table by the host, you may remove your mask for dining ONLY upon sitting. Whenever leaving your table, have your MASK ON. This applies to everyone over the age of two.

●       All food & beverage service is permitted at DINING TABLES ONLY. The bar will remain CLOSED & utilized only by our faculty & student staff.

●       BE SMART & STAY 6 FEET APART, respecting others personal space while waiting to be seated, moving around the restaurant, & waiting for the restroom.

●       Please DO NOT HAVE ANY PHYSICAL CONTACT with our faculty & students (i.e. handshakes, high-fives, & hugs).

●       Any guest that does not adhere to the above guidelines will be asked to LEAVE Seasoned.
