Customized Training
SUNY Adirondack Continuing Education’s approach to customized training allows us to deliver high-quality classes and events to move businesses and communities forward. We will facilitate the process, manage all details, tailor training and deliver results — from needs assessment through program evaluation and sustainability.

Online Career Training Programs
Ed2Go is one of SUNY Adirondack’s online training partners. Through both instructor-led and self-paced online learning programs, students can take short non-credit courses to pursue personal interests or explore career fields. In addition, fully online certificate programs are available, some offering industry-recognized credentials in high-need fields from healthcare to information technology. UGotClass: SUNY Adirondack Continuing Education has also partnered with the Learning Resources Network (LERN) to offer several UGotClass professional development certificates and courses. Learn about bookkeeping, negotiation, data analysis, SQL, digital marketing, Google Analytics, video marketing or social media for business. More information about UGotClass is available here.
Computer & Software Training
The Office of Continuing Education offers computer training for companies. Courses may be offered in a classroom environment or in a group training customized to serve our local businesses — online or in person.
Classroom environment: Courses may be scheduled based on community interest throughout the year. Once we have sufficient demand to run a particular course, it may be offered.
Small and large group training: Customized group training is available for employers or agencies seeking staff development. Employers specify the instruction needed. Small- and large-group training is available; rates are based on group size and length of instruction. Customized manuals are also available as training aids.

- General Instruction (Introduction to PCs)
- Adobe Software (Acrobat, Photoshop)
- QuickBooks
- Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Publisher, Word)
