"I have no choice but to be here at SUNY Adirondack, there isn't much for me in Brooklyn to be honest. 

People here are so helpful, they take their time to ma ke sure you will succeed and reach your goals. Mary Beth and Teri in the bookstore motivate me so much. They check in with me daily and are pushing me to graduate. I owe a lot to them; they are like my second parents. I have a work study job in the bookstore and in the copy center, I also work at Friendly's.

My dream job is to work with kids with disabilities through therapeutic recreation. I'm here to better myself."
