TRIPLE ROOM (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom)

All students are required to purchase a meal plan. There are (4) four meal plan options available. Meal plans A, B and C cost $1,870 per semester; Meal Plan D costs $2,215 per semester. 

The details for the four plans are:

Plan A: 200 meals per semester, $100 declining balance (Cost: $3,740/year, $1,870/semester)

Plan B: 150 meals per semester, $400 declining balance (Cost: $3,740/year, $1,870/semester)

Plan C: 100 meals per semester, $550 declining balance (Cost: $3,740/year, $1,870/semester)

Plan D: 240 meals per semester, $100 declining balance (Cost: $4,430/year, $2,215/semester)

 * Declining Balance Points can be used in both the cafeteria and the Einstein’s Bagels Cafe located on campus in the Scoville Building.

Financial Aid can be used to cover the costs associated with housing. Please speak with the Financial Aid Office to find out options available as every student’s situation is different.

Financial Responsibility/Liability Schedule

Further explanation of the “Failure to Pay” section of the Residence Hall Contract, and Section 5.21 of the Residence Life Handbook, in accordance to the SUNY liability schedule.

Students who officially withdraw and check out from the Residence Hall may be eligible for a bill adjustment.  The adjustment is determined by the date the student processes their withdrawal from the residence hall, which must be completed by the student and staff member, according to the schedule below.

Students who unofficially withdraw or check out from the Residence Hall, in part or whole, are 100% liable for all housing fees and meal plan charges.

 

Liability Amount

Withdrawal through the day before term begins:

0% housing fees and meal plan charges

Withdrawal through the end of the 1st week of term:

25% housing fees and meal plan charges

Withdrawal through the end of the 2nd week of term:

50% housing fees and meal plan charges

Withdrawal through the end of the 3rd week of term:

75% housing fees/ 100% meal plan charges

Withdrawal after the end of the 3rd week of term:

100% housing fees and meal plan charges
