SUNY Adirondack's student-run restaurant, Seasoned, is open for service Feb. 21-April 25, 2024. There will be no service March 13 and 14, when students are on spring break, and Feb. 29 and March 7, when the restaurant is closed for private events. 



11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday

Students will prepare and serve a classic modernized menu created by Chef Matthew Bolton. This three-course gourmet meal is served in a casual setting and consists of an appetizer, entree, dessert and beverages including soda, tea and coffee. A cash bar serves wine and craft beer.

Price is set daily.

Seating is available every 15 minutes beginning at 11:30 a.m. and ending at 12:30 p.m. Lunch is $18.95 plus tax for adults; and $9.95 plus tax for children ages 12 and younger.


5:45-7 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday

A four-course gourmet meal is offered in a fine-dining setting and includes an appetizer, intermezzo, entree, dessert and beverages including soda, tea and coffee. A cash bar serves wine and local craft beer.

Students will manage recipes from specific international regions. The Fine Dining Room Service Class runs front-of-house operation.

Seating is available at 15-minute intervals between 5:45 and 7 p.m. Reservations are preferred. 

Dinner is 28.95 plus tax for adults and $18.95 plux tax for children ages 12 and younger. 


Accommodations for all dietary requirements are available upon request. 

Seasoned offers a cash bar featuring beer and wine.

Cash, checks and credit cards accepted.
