What is SUNY Adirondack GET?
SUNY Adirondack GET is your online access to your Wolf Card accounts. Using this webpage, you can:
- Add or request more funds for your TimberBucks account
- View and print your balances of Meals, Points, and TimberBucks
- View and print your complete transaction history
- Report your Wolf Card as lost or stolen
You can even send an email to your parents, grandparents, and other friends and family asking them to add more fund to your TimberBucks account.

Do I need to register or sign up to use SUNY Adirondack GET?
Yes. Students, faculty, and staff will need to sign up for a registered account when first accessing the SUNY Adirondack GET website. You will need your Student ID number (Banner #) in order to register.
How do my parents, grandparents, family, and friends add more funds for me?
There are two ways for your parents, grandparents, family, and friends to add more funds to your TimberBucks account.
Using your account, you can send an email request directly to someone.
After logging into the SUNY Adirondack GET website, you can "Ask for More TimberBucks" by entering the recipient's name and email address in the lower right section of your Overview page. The recipient will then receive an email with an encrypted link back to the SUNY Adirondack GET website. The recipient will not need your Student ID number (Banner #) or your account information as it is already encrypted in the secure link. All the recipient needs to do is choose how much to add to your TimberBucks account and enter a valid credit card number through the secure checkout. The whole process is very simple and quick -- in less than five minutes, you'll have more TimberBucks!
Anyone can visit the SUNY Adirondack GET website directly and enter your information.
Anyone can visit the SUNY Adirondack GET website and click the link on the right side that says "Click here to add more TimberBucks to your student's account!" Once clicking that link, the user will need to validate your account by entering your Student ID number (Banner #) as well as your last name. This ensures that deposits are made to the correct account. The user will then need to choose how much to add to your TimberBucks account and enter a valid credit card number through the secure checkout. This process is also very simple and quick -- in less than five minutes, anyone can add more TimberBucks to your account!
I can't find my SUNY Adirondack Wolf Card... What should I do?
As soon as you realize your Wolf Card is missing, visit the SUNY Adirondack GET website and click the link on the right that says "HELP! I lost my Wolf Card." SUNY Adirondack and the Faculty-Student Association of SUNY Adirondack are not liable for funds lost due to misuse or misplacement of your Wolf Card. Be responsible with your card and immediately report it as lost or stolen. Wolf Cards found in the possession of others will be confiscated immediately and appropriate disciplinary action will be taken.
After you have reported your card as lost or stolen, visit the Student Activities Office, located upstairs in the Student Center, to obtain a replacement card. The fee to replace your Wolf Card is $5.00. If the Student Activities Office is closed and you need to access your residence, please visit Campus Security in the Residence Hall.
