SUNY Adirondack Continuing Education provides a variety of non-credit courses that support career preparation and professional development across a range of industries. These include, but are not limited to, the StartUp ADK small business start-up and expansion program (offered in partnership with the Warren and Washington LDCs), wastewater treatment courses, ServSafe food safety certification, Notary Public license exam preparation, computer training courses and more. Grant Funding Opportunities for Workforce Training

SUNY Adirondack Continuing Education offers certain courses with free tuition through the SUNY Transformation Grant and Reimagine grants for New York state residents 18 years or older who qualify. Learn more on our page about grant-funded workforce training.

Customized Training for Organizations & Businesses

Our approach to customized training allows us to deliver high-quality classes and events to move businesses and communities forward. We will facilitate the process, manage all details, tailor training and deliver results — from needs assessment through program evaluation and sustainability.
