SUNY Adirondack's Culinary and Baking Arts program provides in-depth instruction for students to learn the fundamentals of culinary and baking arts. This program complements our Culinary Arts degree and Culinary certificate. You will gain comprehensive hands-on experience while running a fully functioning restaurant.

Curriculum and requirements
Students study onsite at the college's culinary facility, immersing you in the food industry. The facility includes a fine-dining student-run restaurant and a gluten-free lab. You will prepare and serve three-course gourmet meals to the public. This program offers internships in regional restaurants and hotels.
