SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts and Culinary and Baking Arts students gain hands-on experience in Seasoned, a student-run restaurant in bustling downtown Glens Falls. Coursework is brought to life as you run every element of the restaurant — front-of-house operations, bar, service, menu planning, mixology and more.

Seasoned offers lunch Tuesday, and dinner Wednesday and Thursday during the college academic year at its 14 Hudson Ave. location.

Spring 2026 hours of operation

Seasoned is open when college classes are in session. This spring, the restaurant is open Feb. 5 through April 30, with closures March 10-12 for spring break. Lunch will be served Tuesdays and dinner will be served Wednesdays and Thursdays. Reservations for all services open Jan. 20. *All service dates and times are subject to change.

The Spring 2026 semester features international cuisine themed dinners planned by senior Culinary students under consultation of Chef Matthew Bolton.

This three-course gourmet meal is offered in a fine-dining setting, including appetizer, entrée, dessert and beverages such as soda, tea and coffee. A cash bar serves wine and local craft beer.

This project lets students use the knowledge of different international cuisines creatively. Students manage different types of recipes from specific international regions; organize staff tasks; and implement purchasing, costing, leadership roles and work ethic in a professional kitchen setting. The dining room management class runs the front-of-the-house operation, such as waitstaff, bartender, host and manager.
