Biography

Chris Foley is an accomplished executive and program management leader with more than 30 years of experience driving large-scale initiatives across workforce development, public administration and international governance. He has overseen multi-million-dollar programs supporting education, employment and human services domestically and abroad, including teaching graduate-level course at the School for International Training, managing global workforce wellness initiatives for USAID, and leading regional development efforts for Los Angeles County and the National Democratic Institute.

Bachelor's degree in History from Saint Michael's College, 1985; Master's degree in Public Administration from California State University — Fullerton, 2000

Hobbies and interests

Recently relocated to the Glens Falls area, Chris and his wife are proud parents to three adult children and dog parents to two energetic golden retrievers. A lifelong learner and history enthusiast, he enjoys exploring local historic sites and hiking in the mountains, where he finds inspiration and balance in nature.
