Biography
Mindy has worked in the field of Human Resources for 25 years for private sector and nonprofit organizations. She is the past president and board member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Southern Adirondacks, past board member for Habitat for Humanity and presently serves as president of the Board of Directors for Community, Work & Independence, Inc.
Community is important to her and is at the heart of everything she does, intricately woven into all aspects of her work and life. She has served on and volunteers her time for various committees and events for several organizations including the ARCC Business Council, Wait House, Special Olympics and United Way.

Hobbies and interests
Mindy Wilson considers herself fortunate to live in this beautiful area that she calls home with her husband and their dog. She loves reading and painting gifts for friends and family, as well as exploring new areas, boating, hiking, snowmobiling, paddle boarding and the Boston Red Sox.
