Biography

Born in Syracuse, New York, but raised in Colchester, Vermont, Chris has a diverse background in sports and recreation, including customer success. Chris began his journey interning for the men's basketball team as a student assistant coach at VSU-Castleton (formerly known as Castleton State College). He then went on to get a graduate degree at SUNY Cortland in International Sport Management in 2010. He spent a semester abroad at London Metropolitan University in 2011. While getting his master's, Chris interned with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Double A affiliate of Toronto Blue Jays) in Manchester, New Hampshire, during the 2012 season. He was then selected to work for the New York Mets in 2013 as a ticket sales agent. At the end of the season, Chris moved back home and worked in Membership Services for the Family YMCA of Glens Falls for four years. In 2020, Chris transferred to Saratoga Regional YMCA as a Membership Service senior representative and became a leader for his department. He joined SUNY Adirondack as College Service associate in August 2025.

Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Landmark College, 2007; bachelor's degree in Sports Administration from VSU-Castleton, 2010; master's degree in International Sports Management from SUNY-Cortland, 2012

Hobbies and interests

Chris enjoys going to live sporting events and is a diehard sports fan. He is president of The American Outlaws: Saratoga Springs Chapter (U.S. Soccer Fan Club). He also enjoys reading graphic novels, gaming and listening to a wide variety of music on Spotify.
