QUEENSBURY, New York (May 19, 2026) — SUNY Adirondack Foundation will host its annual Beeman Classic Golf Tournament on May 29 at Hiland Park Country Club.
“Each year, our golf tournament brings together alumni, local businesses and community members who believe in the life-changing power of education,” said Laura Lincoln, chief advancement officer at SUNY Adirondack and executive director of SUNY Adirondack Foundation. “The generosity of our sponsors and participants directly supports SUNY Adirondack students through scholarships and essential resources, helping them pursue their goals and build brighter futures.”
There are a few spots still available in the four-person scramble tournament. This year, the event has two options to play, a morning nine-hole round that includes a breakfast sandwich, an on-course drink, closest-to-the-pin contest and a buffet lunch, and an afternoon 18-hole option that includes a buffet lunch, two on-course drinks and a post-play reception.
Add-on packages include a super ticket and a gold ticket, with such perks as basket raffle tickets, on-course contests, a mulligan and more. On-course contests include wine putting (hit a bottle, win a bottle); longest drive; hole-in-one; closest-to-the-pin; and a dice game. Tickets for basket raffles are available at the event.
Limited sponsorship opportunities are still available, including hole and tee sponsors for $300 and $250, respectively.
