What we offer

Join us at 12:30. p.m. Mondays in Eisenhart Hall, Room 110, for these meetings, which are free self-empowering mutual support groups focused on addictive behaviors, organized and facilitated by trained volunteers. All Recovery recognizes that there are many roads to healing. We welcome students, staff, faculty and community members from any background or support group (12-step, SMART Recovery, harm reduction, therapy-based, or personal paths). Allies are also welcome.

This class offers a new workout from 4:15 to 5 p.m. every Wednesday — dance, flow and power up your fitness with cardio, yoga and core, intervals and strength training. Held in the Multipurpose Room of the Residence Hall.

Meet at 12:45 p.m. outside the Student Center for an exploration of meditation every Thursday. This session runs through 1:15, and is open to students, faculty and staff.

Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that benefits your emotional well-being and overall health. Join Beth Braxton, LMHC and Counseling Division chair, for a weekly centering that is open to students, faculty and staff. Come weekly or just drop in when you need to recharge! This is held in Washington Hall, Room 113, and is also available via Zoom.

At noon every Tuesday (weather permitting), join Tobey Gifford, director of Health and Wellness, for a half-hour wellness walk around campus. Meet in front of Warren Hall and join a group that includes students, faculty and staff.

Relax, destress and learn mindfulness skills in the beauty of our on-campus indoor greenhouse from 12:30 to 1 p.m. Thursday in the Adirondack Hall greenhouse.
