Finding your SUNY Adirondack ANGEL Username and Password using your BANNER ID and PIN

You will need your BANNER ID and PIN to look up your SUNY Adirondack ANGEL/Network/Email Username and Password.

*NOTE - If you registered a while back, and you are a new student to SUNY Adirondack, or you have taken a semester off, your ANGEL/Network/Email Username and Password may not be created until a few days before the start of the semester.

*NOTE - If you registered any day after the start of the semester, it will take one business day to process your Username and Password needed to access your courses in ANGEL.

Step 1

You will need to Login Using Your BANNER ID and PIN

Your BANNER ID is the 9 (NINE) Digit Number beginning with a 5 that appears on your course schedule.
(Example:  500123456)

If you have never used BANNER before, your initial BANNER PIN is your birth date mmddyy.
So if you were born on May 9th 1962 your pin would be 050962 (no spaces, slashes, or dashes).
You will then need to change your BANNER PIN and use your BANNER ID and new PIN to retrieve your ANGEL username and password.

Click on the Personal Information Tab

Click where it says:  Lookup Network ID and Password

Once again enter your BANNER ID and PIN in the appropriate fields.

Click the Next Button

Enter BANNER ID and PIN click Next

Your SUNY Adirondack ANGEL/Network/Email Username and Password Displays

You will then need to go to the following Web page:

http://acc.sln.suny.edu

And use your Username and Password to access your SUNY Adirondack ANGEL courses.

If you followed the instructions outlined above and still can't access your SUNY Adirondack ANGEL Course, you will need to contact the SUNY Adirondack Helpdesk - (518) 743-2226
