Come work out on your own, with a friend or attend a fitness class.
Our modern facility is on the first floor of the Residence Hall and:
- Is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday;
- Is open from noon to 6 p.m. weekends;
- Features state-of-the-art cardio equipment (treadmills, elliptical machines, bikes and rowing machine):
- Include strength-training machines;
- Has an extensive variety of free weights, universal, smith machines and benches suitable for all levels of training

We know part of fitness is keeping your body guessing, and keeping you interested! So we offer occasional special events including: Sound Bath & Relaxation; Guided Relaxation (Yoga Nidra); Disc Golf; Fitness Challenge; Healthy Relationships interactive workshops; and more, to support your physical, mental and social well-being.
